Yves Saint Laurent - Parisienne New Fragrance

In August 2009 the French fashion house Yves Saint Laurent unveiled a new fragrance titled Parisienne. Launched under the motto βlove and enjoy every moment of your life,β it is targeted at those women who are still too young for the Opium, but are nature enough not to use the Elle (both are the fragrances by Yves Saint Laurent.
The fragrance opens with the notes of cranberry and blackberry, which add to it feminine euphoria, namely the desire to plunge into whirl of love and happiness and never look back. As slightly sour cranberry note gives a feeling of astringency, poignant bitterness, but blackberry makes the effect mild and moderate. Sparkling and juicy, it evidently stands for Paris woman who enjoys playing with feelings.
The heart consists of damask rose, violet and peony notes. This floral accord plays the main part in the aroma of the Parisienne. It makes the whole composition sexy, feminine and even divine. The rose of Damask is a woman about 30 years old who has already learned what a real love is but managed to preserve passion for new affairs. A violet flower tells us about a young woman who is not the native of Paris but she feels its pulse perfectly and is delighted by its nights in the limelight of the Eiffel tower. The peony flower, in its turn, fills her with freshness and cheerfulness, which she needs to meet a new morning of her life.
And at the base we feel the notes of patchouli, vetiver, musk and sandalwood. And it is patchouli that adds mystery and intrigue to the Parisienne. Vetiver shows a strong character a woman of Paris possesses while musk and sandalwood embody eroticism and create that impression of βthe night of love.β
The Parisienne by Yves Saint Laurent will be available in 30, 50 and 90ml Eau de Parfum Perfume. Its bottle is colored light violet with a flickering metallic effect.
